Acknowledgment of Rules and Guidelines

1. Health and Safety:

   • Adults must be barefoot in the sandbox area unless medically exempt.

   • Babies are required to wear diapers.

   • Participants must inform staff of any known medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before the class.

2. Hygiene:

   • Food and drinks are prohibited in the sandbox area. If feeding is necessary, please remain on a yoga mat or towel.

   • Hands and mouths must be wiped clean before entering the sandbox after consuming food or drinks.

   • Any spills, accidents, or contamination in the sandbox must be reported to staff immediately.

3. Behavior and Respect:

   • Respectful interaction is expected during the class. Disruptive or unsafe behavior is not permitted.

   • No throwing sand, rough play, or other actions that could endanger others or disrupt the class.

   • Personal belongings, toys, or other loose items must remain outside the sandbox to prevent loss or damage.

4. Supervision:

   • Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and supervision at all times during the class.

   • Babies must remain within arm’s reach of their parent or guardian during the session.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in fitness classes and activities at Muskoka Mama's Indoor Sandbox involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, falls, or exposure to allergens. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my baby.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Muskoka Mama's Indoor Sandbox Playground, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the fitness class, except in cases of gross negligence.

Medical Consent

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Muskoka Mama's staff to seek medical care for me or my baby. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Agreement and Signature

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I accept full responsibility for my participation and my baby’s participation in the class.
