If you are hosting a simple small party, this is the place for you.
A DIY party for up to 10 children (not counting babies).
Bring your own food and decorations, and enjoy exclusive use of the entire sandbox for 2.5 hours (including setup and cleanup).








You're welcome to bring:
Food and drinks for your guests
Decorations such as balloons, garlands and signs.
Gift bags for your guests.
Your own music play list to create the perfect atmosphere.
Party supplies, including disposable cutlery, cups, plates, napkins, and candles
Important Guidelines:
Avoid any balloons that contain small objects such as confetti, sparkles, or sequins. Helium balloons are permitted.
Piñatas are not allowed.
Poppers are not allowed.
External toys and games are not permitted, as loose items may get lost in the sandbox.
No, we do not offer food for purchase. However, party host need to bring their own food and drinks. Please ensure that all food and drinks are kept outside the sandbox, and that hands are cleaned before returning to play.
We provide:
Two child-size picnic tables.
Side tables for laying out food and drinks.
A comfortable lounge area for adults to relax.
Bluetooth speakers for your music.
A variety of toys and games in the sandbox, catered to the age group of the children.
Supplies for hanging decorations, a balloon arch stand, and assistance from our staff with setup if needed.
Basic party supplies such as lighters and cake server.
Anything that may contaminate the sand, such as balloons with loose objects inside (e.g., confetti, sequins, sparkles).
Piñatas.
Poppers.
Alcohol, drugs, vaping, smoking or cannabis.
External toys (Gifts should remain in their bags to prevent items from getting lost or mixed with the sandbox toys).
Pets.
Oversized decorations or structures.
We recommend hosting no more than 10 children (babies under 1 year do not count) and 15 grownups to ensure everyone has enough space to enjoy the party comfortably.
If you’re planning to bring additional guests, please reach out to discuss accommodations.
The 2.5-hour time slot you booked includes both setup and cleanup time. We recommend:
Arriving at the start of your booked time slot. Arriving earlier may interfere with our cleaning and preparation process.
Reserving 15-30 minutes before your guests arrive to complete your setup.
Allowing 10-15 minutes before your time slot ends to finish cleaning up.
Our staff will be available to assist with setup if needed, ensuring your party is ready to go smoothly and on time!
Signing the Waiver: Ensure you and all your guests review and sign the waiver before the party begins.
Setting Up: Arrive at the start of your booked time slot to set up decorations, food, and any other items you’ve brought.
Supervising Guests: Ensure all children are playing safely and following the sandbox rules.
Cleaning Up: Reserve 10-15 minutes at the end of your time slot to clean up any decorations, food, or supplies you brought. Our staff will assist if needed.
Ensuring Guidelines Are Followed: Make sure no restricted items (e.g., piñatas, pets, external toys) are brought into the space, and help maintain the cleanliness of the sandbox.
Monitoring Time: Keep track of the schedule to ensure the party wraps up on time for the next event.
If you need support at any point during the party, our staff will be on hand to help.
Bookings can be made no later than 7 days before the party starts.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the party starts to receive a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the fee.
You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the party, subject to availability.
