What are the sandbox rules?

Toys and sand must stay inside the sandbox.

In case of an accident that may contaminate the sand, inform staff immediately.

Is the sand safe?

Our sand is CSA-compliant playground sand, locally harvested by Hutcheson Sand, made from naturally weathered granite.

Before reaching our playground, the sand undergoes a meticulous screening and washing process to remove silt, clay, and organic matter. Once on-site, we take it a step further by manually screening it with our cyclone and vacuum system to eliminate fine particles and dust. We also aerate and disinfect the sand daily to ensure it remains clean, fresh, and hygienic.

This sand is extensively tested and meets the highest safety standards, including CSA and ASTM certifications for impact absorption. The sub-angular grains provide excellent traction for walking and crawling, while also ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable play experience for children.

How do you clean the sandbox?

We use naturally hygienic sand that is non-porous, carefully screened, and washed, ensuring it is free from organic materials.
We manually screen the sand using a cyclone and vacuum system, removing debris and fine dust to keep it in pristine condition.
We implement strict rules: shoes and socks are removed before entering the sandbox, food and drinks are kept outside the sandbox.
We groom and disinfect the sand daily to keep it fresh, clean, and safe for play.
We clean and disinfect all toys and fitness equipment after each session, ensuring a hygienic environment for every visitor.
We take swift action if any accidents occur: Affected sand is promptly scooped up and discarded. Toys and equipment involved are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before returning to use.

Is there a sand-free zone?

Yes! Moms with babies can relax in our lounge area. Additionally, we provide beach towels to help create a sand-free space within the play area.

Do you serve food and drinks?

No, we do not offer food for purchase. However, customers are welcome to bring their own food and drinks or enjoy the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available in our lounge area. Please ensure that all food and drinks are kept outside the sandbox, and that hands are cleaned before returning to play.

Yes, drop-ins are welcome if the session is not fully booked.

We accept cash, credit/debit card and mobile wallets (Google pay and Apple pay).

Can I bring my own toys?

Accepted Answer

No, outside toys are not allowed in the sandbox to help us maintain a safe and clean play environment. Personal belongings should be kept outside the sandbox in the provided baskets. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery of items lost in the sandbox.

How many children can I bring?

We recommend that each adult supervises no more than 3 children to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

What is the age limit for the playground?

We offer themed play sessions tailored to different age groups. If you plan to bring siblings outside the recommended age range, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate their needs.

What is the cancelation policy?

• Cancellations made at least 24hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund.
 • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24hours before the session, subject to availability.
 • No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations or no-shows within 24hours of the session start time.

Do parents need tickets?

No. Parents can join the fun for free. Plus, you may enjoy our complementary tea or coffee at the lounge area.

Do you have sibling discount?

Accepted Answer

No. All children need their own ticket. Babies under 6 months can accompany their siblings for free.
